Raypad's platform wallet is the on-chain creator of every token, so this share is paid to Raypad, never to a person. It buys the token back and the tokens are burned.
Of the pool's 0.75% creator fee, half (0.375%) buys the token and burns it. The liquidity a token graduates with: 100% of LP locked forever (Raydium Burn & Earn).
Collected and retained by Raydium. Network fees for buybacks are paid by Raypad and not deducted from a token's allocation.
